Yesterday we had a small group nutrition talk after our awesome First Saturday event and I wanted to pass along the main points that the group dicussed.
I. Keep it simple: Lean meat and vegetables is the foundation of all our meals. Then we add a bit of fruit and some carby veggies (squash and potatoes, maybe rice). We drink water or tea and we love life.
II. It took work to get where you are. Respect that work it will take to get you where you want to be.
